Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective 21 October 2026 · Dansk version

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and rodnet.ai ApS, CVR 46686446, Horsens, Denmark (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@rodnet.ai or through rodnet.ai/support.

They apply to every service we run, including:

  • bizdex (bizdex.dk)
  • Roster (checkroster.com)
  • Bavn (bavnscan.com)
  • signplume (signplume.com)
  • Docplume (docplume.com)
  • any other service we operate.

In these terms these are called “the Services”. You accept the terms when you create an account or start using a Service.

“Business customer” means anyone using a Service for their trade, business or profession, including public bodies and associations. “Consumer” means a private individual acting outside their trade. Section 12 sets out what is different for consumers.

2. How these terms fit with other documents

  • Data Processing Agreement. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms. It applies automatically whenever you put personal data into a Service and we process it on your behalf.
  • Service-specific terms. Some Services have extra terms of their own. For bizdex, these are the terms at bizdex.dk/vilkaar, including the rules on reusing company data.
  • If documents conflict, they take priority in this order:
    1. the Data Processing Agreement, on anything about personal data
    2. the service-specific terms
    3. these terms
  • Languages. These terms are published in English and Danish. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails, to the extent the law allows.

3. Accounts

  • To use most Services you need an account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • If you create an account for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation to these terms. The organisation is then the customer.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service on behalf of an organisation that has authorised you.
  • Tell us at once at support@rodnet.ai if you think someone has gained access to your account.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of everything you put into the Services: documents, checklists, contacts, notes, scan targets, signatures and so on (“your content”).

  • What you let us do with it. You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as far as we need to:

    • provide the Services to you
    • keep them secure and backed up
    • give you support

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for:

    • having the right to use your content
    • having a legal basis for any personal data it contains

Where your content contains personal data, you are the data controller and we are your data processor, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Keep your own copies. We take backups as described in the Data Processing Agreement. We still recommend that you keep your own copies of content that matters to you.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others
  • store or share content that is illegal, or that you have no right to share
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including through signplume’s mail relay or bizdex’s CRM inbox
  • spread malware, or attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else’s, except as allowed for Bavn below
  • try to get into another customer’s data, or around our security or usage limits
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services, except where the law allows it

Bavn scanning. You may only scan domains, hosts, IP ranges, applications and code repositories that you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You are responsible for having that authorisation, and we may ask you to show it. We may refuse or stop a scan that looks unauthorised or causes harm.

We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable, we tell you first.

6. AI features

  • Some Services use AI models to suggest, classify, summarise or draft. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
  • Check it before you rely on it. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice.
  • Which external providers are involved, if any, is listed on our sub-processors page.

7. Free and paid plans

  • Free plans. These are provided as they are, with no guaranteed availability or support response time. We may change or end a free plan. If we do, we give you reasonable notice so you can export your content.
  • Prices. Prices and plan details are shown on each Service’s website. For business customers, prices are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, for a month or a year. They renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund a period that has started, unless the law requires it or section 12 applies.
  • Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. Where Stripe acts as the seller of record for a purchase, Stripe’s own terms for that purchase also apply; this is shown at checkout.
  • Price changes. We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect. The change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Unpaid fees. If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may move the account to a free plan or suspend the paid features.

8. Availability, changes and support

  • Availability. We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. We may carry out maintenance, preferably at quiet times.
  • Changes. We develop the Services continuously and may change or remove features. If we shut down a paid Service entirely, we give at least 30 days’ notice and refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
  • Support. You get support through rodnet.ai/support or support@rodnet.ai.

9. Suspension and termination

  • When you leave. You can stop using a Service at any time, and close your account in the Service or by writing to us.

  • When we suspend or close an account. We may do this if:

    • you materially breach these terms
    • the account is used unlawfully
    • fees remain unpaid
    • it is needed to protect the Services or other customers

Where it is reasonable, we give notice first and a chance to put things right.

  • After an account is closed, we delete your content as described in the Data Processing Agreement. Where a Service offers an export, use it before closing your account.

10. Our rights

  • The Services, their software and design, and the data compilations we build belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the Services, nothing more.
  • If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

11. Liability

These limits apply to business customers, to the extent the law allows.

  • Indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. That includes lost profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data.
  • Cap. Our total liability for all claims in connection with a Service is limited to the fees you paid for that Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
  • Exceptions. These limits do not apply to loss caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. If you are a consumer

  • Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under Danish consumer law.
  • Withdrawal. If you buy a paid plan online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. If you ask us to start the Service during that period and then withdraw, you pay for what you used up to the withdrawal. To withdraw, write to support@rodnet.ai.
  • Clauses that don’t apply to you. The liability limits in section 11 and the choice of court in section 14 do not apply to you, to the extent the law does not allow them to.
  • Complaints. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk).

13. Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms. If a change is material, we tell you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect.
  • If you keep using the Services after that date, you accept the new terms.
  • If you do not accept them, you can cancel before they take effect.
  • The version number and effective date are shown at the top of this page. We keep previous versions and will send them on request.

14. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by Danish law.
  • Disputes with business customers are settled by the courts of Denmark, with Retten i Horsens as the court of first instance.
  • Consumers can also bring a case before the courts where they live, as mandatory law allows.
